Maxion's quantum cascade and interband cascade multimode laser products are narrow stripe Fabry-Perot (FP) lasers that emit in a single spatial mode with high-power multi-longitudinal mode spectral emission. These multimode lasers are suitable for use in several application areas.
Maxion’s multimode laser products are available for integration into Maxion’s turn-key laser system. Integration into this system improves the functionality in several important ways:
- Turn-key ease of use – no integration necessary!
- Automated user defined temperature control with integral TE cooler and air cooling
- USB temperature output
- Collimated light output and integral tip/tilt adjustment for precision alignment
- CW or pulsed (up to 10 MHz repetition rate) operation for highest average power
- Sync output for sensing applications
